For the CuidadoDeSalud.gov Open Enrollment campaign, which runs from November to January 15th, I translated and formatted a series of targeted email communications designed to engage diverse audience segments and drive action.
What I delivered
- Dynamic Translations: I translated each email from English to formal Spanish, ensuring the tone, intent, and message were culturally relevant and aligned with the audience’s needs.
- Segmentation and Personalization: The emails were adapted and formatted to cater to different recipient groups, highlighting specific concerns like financial assistance or plan updates.
- Campaign Readiness: I set up all emails in the appropriate format, optimizing them for delivery across multiple segments while maintaining clarity and visual consistency.
- Key Goals: Encouraged recipients to review their applications, verify eligibility, and meet enrollment deadlines through clear, actionable, and visually engaging content.
This project demonstrates my expertise in bilingual content creation and campaign management. It ensures that critical healthcare messages reach and resonate effectively with Spanish-speaking audiences.
